Meadowdale's Members of Parliament worked with Mr Grant to plant Meadowdale's Queen's Platinum Jubilee tree as part of the Queen's Green Canopy initiative across the nation.
We are one of the few schools to have been provided a tree to plant in her honour. Keep an eye out for it outside of the Key Stage 2 playground, showcasing its Queen's Green Canopy plaque. Soon, you will also see the tree on the Queen's Green Canopy map online. We are proud to be part of this special legacy.
